This 355 mile loop from Vancouver is the preferred loop of many local bikers. With great wildlife and the possibility of some wild weather, this trip should be planned on a fine weather day. It is a spectacular wild route, with many great curves, straight sections and drop offs. The roads themselves are a mix of mountains, mountain valleys and roads alongside lakes and rivers. The surfaces on the roads are a mix of great new surfaces, mixed up with whatever the weather has been doing over the previous days, hence caution needed as slippery in shaded sections after rain. Serious fun if you are careful, enjoy! Highlight: Duffy Lake Road.
If you are not a local you should know that there is airborne speed enforcement from north vancouver right through until whistler with special interest in the 60 km zone at Lions Bay.
Sea-to-Sky highway, Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland. Perfect day!
