For a long time I have hoped that I might get to make a trip with my bike (or probably more realistically a rented one) to the Patagonia region of Argentina.

I have enjoyed a lot watching the scenes from films and the dakar rally of the lush looking valley and hills there and the vastness of it all.

I would be interested to know, what fellow bikers might consider to be the most interesting things to see on such a trip? Feel free to share.
